Fred’s Van & OzHarvest

Making a life-altering impact on those around us is important to our church. As a result, we also volunteer with Fred’s Van (St Vincent De Paul Society) and Oz Harvest.

We provide packed food for people who come to the community dinners hosted by Fred’s Van in the inner north of Adelaide. AACC members have been a welcome addition to this community service.

OzHarvest

Every month at the Kilburn Community Centre, the AACC team assist Oz Harvest in packing and distributing food to those who attend the dinner. After the work of packing and distributing the bags of food, the team sits with the others sharing life stories and providing a listening ear and companionship.
