god
We believe in the One and only true God and Creator, who has revealed Himself in the Persons of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. (Deuteronomy 6:4, 1 Corinthians 8:4, Galatians 3:20, 1 Timothy 2:5)
Jesus
In His divinity and humanity, Jesus Christ as the Son of God, suffered death on the Cross for the sins of the world, He has resurrected from the dead and one day will return again. (John 1:14; 1 Peter 3:18, 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17, Revelation 22:12-13)
salvation
All people who have put their faith in Christ, and who have repented from their sins will receive forgiveness. They will walk in the power of the Holy Spirit and experience transformation in their spiritual life and growth (2 Corinthians 5:17, Ephesians 2:8-9, Romans 5:17).
the bible
The Bible is the inspired Word of God. It has been given to us for our learning, training in righteousness, so that we will be thoroughly equipped for every good work. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)
baptism
Water baptism is for everyone who has personally placed their faith in Christ and has decided to follow Christ in obedience (Romans 6:3, Acts 2:38).
holy communion
Remembering Christ’s saving work through the regular celebration of the Lord’s Supper is a vital characteristic of the Church’s obedience to Christ (Luke 22:19-20, 1 Corinthians 11:17-34).
believers
The ‘fellowship of believers’- the Church, is the Body of Christ here on earth and is entrusted by Him to be witnesses of the Kingdom of God, and of the Gospel, to all peoples and nations. (Mark 16:15, Luke 14:23, Matthew 28:19-20)
